High-Temperature and Flame Retardant Adhesives
Modern industrial and electronic applications demand more from materials than just a basic bond. Components must withstand extreme conditions and meet stringent safety regulations to ensure long-term reliability. Our portfolio is engineered to meet these critical challenges, offering a comprehensive range of solutions for your specific manufacturing needs. We provide specialised adhesives designed to maintain mechanical and structural integrity under continuous exposure to severe thermal stress, which is crucial for demanding environments like automotive engine compartments, aerospace systems, and high-power electronics. Additionally, our flame retardant materials are formulated for fire safety, often being halogen-free and certified to the UL94-V0 standard, which is essential for applications in the utility and industrial markets.

High Temperature Resistant Adhesives
High-temperature resistant adhesives are specialised materials engineered to maintain their mechanical and structural integrity under continuous exposure to extreme heat. They are crucial for protecting components in demanding environments like automotive engine compartments, aerospace systems, and high-power electronics, where standard adhesives would fail. Our formulations are designed to provide a durable bond and reliable performance even under severe thermal stress.
Key Properties
Formulation: 1-component epoxy-based adhesives
Applying Methods: Dispensing, jetting and stencil printing
Applications: Electrically conductive adhesives, non-conductive die attach adhesives, underfills, glob top, encapsulation and coating
Curing:
Thermal curing as low as 150°C for 2 hours
B-stage curing 90°C for 2 hours followed by 150°C for 3 hours
Work Life: At least 12 hours
Application-Specific Options:
Withstands continuous operational temperatures up to 250°C and beyond for specialised applications.
Formulations with high thermal conductivity to effectively dissipate heat from sensitive electronic components.
Provides a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) to minimize stress and prevent cracking during thermal cycling.
Features a high glass transition temperature (Tg), ensuring the material remains rigid and stable under extreme heat.

Flame Retardant Materials
Flame retardant adhesives and resins are specialised materials designed to prevent burning in case of a fire. They are essential for protecting electrical and electronic components in applications where fire safety is critical, such as in the utility, automotive, and industrial markets. Unlike many other flame retardant solutions, our materials are often halogen-free and meet the stringent UL94-V0 standard. This standard confirms that our materials will self-extinguish within 10 seconds of being ignited, without producing flaming drips.
Key Properties
Formulation: 1- and 2-component adhesives.
Applying Methods: Dispensing, pouring and dip coating
Curing:
1-component: As fast as 30 mins at 80°C
2-component: As fast as 10 mins at room temperature or 1 min at 50°C
Work Life: Ranges from 5 minutes for fast-cure versions to more than 1 week for others.
Application-Specific Options:
UL94-V0 certified products for assured fire safety.
Adhesives with high viscosity and medium to high thixotropy, providing good "green strength" for applications requiring it.
Low-viscosity coatings ideal for dip coating hybrid circuits.
Fast-curing adhesives that can cure at room temperature in as little as 10 minutes.
Versatile materials available as adhesives, potting resins, and coatings to suit various application needs.
